WandaVision is an upcoming miniseries created by Jac Schaeffer for Disney+.

Set in the Marvel Cinematic Universe (MCU), the miniseries is based on the characters Wanda Maximoff / Scarlet Witch and Vision in the Marvel Comics.

The events in the series serves as a sequel after Avengers: Endgame (2019).

WandaVision was directed by Matt Shakman, written by Schaeffer, and produced by Marvel Studios.

Movie Critics react to Marvel’s WandaVision

Here are the first reactions to Marvel’s WandaVision on Twitter by movie Critics. These critics were given early access to the first three episodes of Marvel Studios’ WandaVision, starring Elizabeth Olsen and Paul Bettany, ahead of its release on January 15.

The consensus so far appears to be that the show is “strange,” “tragic” and “unlike anything” Marvel has done before and full of great performances.

Mike Ryan@mikeryan·It’s like WANDAVISION was specifically made for me. Each of the three episodes I saw fully captures (and rarely deviates) from the tone, humor and dialogue from a classic sitcom. Kathryn Hahn as the nosy neighbor is incredible.
