Ghislaine Maxwell sentencing: Ghislaine Maxwell sentenced to 20 years in prison
On Tuesday 28 June 2022, British socialite Ghislaine Maxwell was sentenced to 20 years in prison during a hearing in Brooklyn, New York. Prosecutors were initially seeking a sentence of at least 30 years for Maxwell, who was convicted on December 29, 2021, on five criminal counts, including sex trafficking, for recruiting and grooming four girls for Jeffrey Epstein to abuse, Reuters reports.

"It is never too late for the truth to come out and never too late for there to be accountability" says complainant Annie Farmer, speaking on Ghislaine Maxwell's sentencing.https://t.co/I19MTGIMNF

Sentencing Ghislaine Maxwell to only 20 years and without a single name is a total disgrace. The system has inexplicably failed young women in America. I am absolutely floored at the lack of justice in this country. We need ANSWERS.
