Skittles candy lawsuit 2022: Lawsuit claims Skittles are unsafe for human consumption.
According to The Washington Post
@washingtonpost, a California man has sued Mars, the company that makes rainbow-hued Skittles, claiming that the use of titanium dioxide in the candy makes it “unfit for human consumption.”
Lawsuit filed says the Mars candy company, which makes Skittles, broke a 2016 promise to stop using “titanium dioxide” a food additive also used in paint, adhesives, plastics and roofing materials, recently banned from food by the European Union.
