The Warriors have been crowned champions of the NBA for the 4th time in 8 years after defeating the Boston Celtics 103-90 in Game 6.
After trailing early, Golden State went on a historic 21-0 run in the first half and never looked back, with Steph Curry making a team-high 34 points for the night.
Inspired by Stephen Curry’s 34 points (6-11 3pt FG), seven rebounds and seven assists, the Golden State Warriors defeated the Boston Celtics in Game six, 103-90.
Andrew Wiggins (18 points, six rebounds, five assists, four steals, three blocks) and Draymond Green (12 points, 12 rebounds, eight assists) added a combined 30 points for the Warriors in the victory, while Jaylen Brown tallied 34 points and seven rebounds for the Celtics.
With the victory, the Warriors have secured the franchise’s 7th NBA title, passing the Chicago Bulls (6) for the 3rd most championships in NBA history.
