R. Kelly faces fresh charges.
Federal prosecutors are investigating new testimony of uncharged crimes allegedly perpetrated by R&B singer R. Kelly, including plausible sexual abuse of a 17-year-old boy, at his upcoming trial in New York.
National prosecutors in New York implored a judge for consent Friday to admit new evidence against R Kelly of uncharged crimes.

Among the new allegations submitted in a 55-page motion is that he sexually abused a 17 year old boy who he met at a McDonald’s in Chicago in 2006.
